Analyzing hundreds of markers in a single tumor section [WEBINAR]
Показать описание
We introduce our unique MACSima™ Imaging Cyclic Staining (MICS) technology and validated MICS antibodies that enable imaging of hundreds of markers in a single tissue section. The imaging process is completely automated and the powerful MACS® iQ View Analysis Software was specifically developed to analyze the multidimensional datasets. Watch the webinar to get insights into highlighted applications of the MACSima Platform in TME research
Novel imaging technologies allow researchers to dive deep into limited sample material. Miltenyi Biotec’s ultra high content imaging workflow uses MICS (MACSima Imaging Cyclic Staining) technology on the MACSima Imaging Platform. It allows for automated fluorescence microscopic analysis of hundreds of markers on a single sample. Thus, it is perfectly suited to decipher complex questions in TME research, like target or biomarker identification, protein characterization, TIL phenotyping, or cancer classification.
