The cake from Le Nouvelle was absolutely spectacular- a fairy tale wedding cake if I ever saw one. I'd previously seen three of these in various countdown lists: the platinum-on-white cake, the smaller red bejeweled cake, and the runway cake with the gaudy dolls. People seem to either love or hate the taste of fondant, but it can be very pretty when skillfully handled and shaped.
