Maths Exam Review || ISC || Board Examination

Hey there!
I am a 12th grader appearing for ISC 2025.
Join me in this journey as we get through the exam season together!

Here are some things I'd like you to note :

1. Not for once have I mentioned about the level of difficulty.

2. The paper pattern was completely different out of nowhere. Perhaps I wouldn't have panicked this way if it was my school exam, but it was my board paper. This made me go wrong even in some of the sums I could've done otherwise.

3. There is something called mental preparation and we weren't used to solving this type of questions not this marks distribution.

4. Not everyone is a JEE student so they prepare with the materials provided by the board for their board exam. If you are, you are bound to perform better than other students in this.

5. I have never claimed to be a topper. It is obvious that some people will perform better than me.

6. When the physics paper came out of the box, CBSE students addressed it on social platforms. There is hardly any ISC student with a platform to be addressing the issues faced by us.

My Maths paper went horribly too, so I can totally relate. Maybe 90% isn't happening this year, because being a PCMB student i am already fucked up ykwhim but I'm not giving up. This is just the beginning, not the end. I'll work harder from here on, and I know I'll come back stronger. After all, in every great story, if it's not a happy ending, it's not the ending yet. Fingers crossed for what's ahead!

Honestly, I'm not even a maths student and the mere reaction of of my friends who had maths scared me. Some people literally said they regretted studying for this the entire year, I was genuinely shocked at the reaction it got. I have business studies paper tomorrow and I'm praying to God that they don't make the BST paper anywhere close to this maths disasterclass.

Hey I am also a 12th grader, I can really feel your pain, I also started making yet videos (same genre as yours ) and believe me the way you spoke in the video, it felt so confident, great communication skills and yeah best of luck for your next exams

As a JEE aspirant, the paper was not that bad though ( I am expecting 70/80) but for non-JEE aspirants, the paper was a reality check! 😮

the whole paper was messed up: isc played very well; literally they fukd up all the format; matrix method wala 2 marks mei instead of 6 marks, nahhh.😭

I had Hindi Exam prior to maths so I could not properly study and revise all the chapters. I did not have time so I just did the important chapters and the entire section C. I don't think I will get any where above 20 out of 80 so I will pass and I am happy that I was able to manage at least this given the difficulty of the paper. I am thinking of giving the improvement exams which happen in june for increasing my marks in maths. I hope that at the very least I am able to pass in maths.

As an icse 10th grader our exam also went bad
It was very lengthy and I was not able to solve the questions I knew
Honestly It’s such a bad feeling

Didi I'm a 10th grader appearing for ICSE 2025, and I can completely relate to you cauz our ICSE 2025 MATHS paper was also ridiculously lengthy & completely different from the specimen paper!! I also had a dream in my eyes & faith in my heart to score 95%, for which I worked hard throughout the year sacrificing my sleep but it got ruined within a day! Disappointment is at the peak!! Whatever, I hope other exams go well🙌

You will not be able to put yourself high at the moment you doubt your practice and execution.
It was moderate question paper not so difficult but you make out some positives out of it.
These boards will not decide your future it's your mental toughness that will let you high in your further studies.

Absolutely dii, same thing happend to us in 10. The council has never done it before that questions are not from the textbook ml aggrawal only 1 or 2 question we out from the book rest were same but in the paper everything was out from the book and nothing same Like kya dushmani thi inhen hamse 2025 batch se ..???? U know they trying icse to make cbse the paper out from book but they should then also reduce the syllabus to such an extent as cbse..

Maths is my strongest subject and I had it in my best of 4 but after the exam I knew that it's not gonna make it to my best 4. Honestly what have I been practicing and giving tests for. All year's hardwork went into vain thanks to ISC.

Don't worry if it is a tough paper we will definitely get extra marks... cbse vs isc is the holy war and I believe isc will definitely win this war

I knew everything in the paper except the MCQS however my mind got fucked up and I made silly errors. Isc could've made some questions difficult but changing the whole format and treating us like lab rats risking not only our future but also fucking up our self confidence was very uncalled for!!!
