US and Russian military patrols seen on northeast Syria road

US and Russian military patrols are seen parked on a road near the northeastern Syria border town of Al-Malikiyah (Derik) as civilians from the area protest the Russian presence. American troops reportedly prevented the Russians from patrolling towards the border town from a newly created military point they established at a school in the area.
