She is unclassifiable- she became birth itself, death itself. Madoka is everything at once, while simultaneously being nothing ever. She is void, and she is inconceivable. She is beyond even what one could consider Eldritch. Unless someone can snap their fingers and literally destroy the entire concept of reality they stand no chance. Madoka could simply wish their entire life, existence, and presence to be erased, and it would be gone in half of an instant.
