Atlas Camera Support

Get the weight off your shoulder with this cool camera support. If you're using your camera on a shoulder, doesn't matter if it's a big camera like the Red Epic or a DSLR with a mattebox and accessories, you know how hard it can be for your arms and shoulder to film all day. The Atlas Camera Support helps with that in more ways then you think.

Hey Tom, Thanks again for checking out The Atlas and posting this video. I love the behind the scenes clips where you're talking to someone and with one hand you're holding the camera kind of off to the side. Our sales have definitely increased since you posted this so again, thank you!

I'd be interested in seeing the music video you were shooting. I find a lot of that behind the scenes stuff pretty interesting.

Take a look at the Master Cinema Series, it's a much more compact and easier way to get a balanced rig. The key is having an external monitor.

Thanks for showing off this support system. Makes one wonder why this rig hasn't been around a long time ago. Maybe because it's so simple? :)

Do we still need the counterweight for shoulder rig to have the best balance? or that is no longer needed?

Which one is better, this or the Flycam Flowline (w/stabilizing arm)?

It's weird, you have so many subscribers but so few views on this video.
Good review though.

Hey Tom, I built one with off the shelf Camping, Hunting/Tactical and Plumbing parts for only $89.00 total. I added a couple of cables and springs that absorbs the vertical motion when you walk. All the parts I bought on eBay or at Home Depot, once I had ever thing, it took me maybe an hour to assemble. What a rip off to pay $700.00 for the same thing, just with a fancy embroidered label on it from a company that has a NO RETURN policy. Shame on them!!!!
