Very interesting. I am resuscitating a 2008 Windows Vista Home Edition that I turned on for the first time today after 10 years. And sure enough I was immediately confronted by this webpage problem. For most people Kundan’s solution worked. For others and including myself it did not work! I ran several iterations to be sure I accurately replicate the steps. What else are we missing? I am running IE on Vista Home Edition.
