This time, ambulance workers walked out after negotiations with the government failed.

It would be interesting to hear what Mr Sunak's clear plan is to sort out the NHS waiting. Perhaps he'd best keep it to himself though. It is maybe just like Mr Johnson's clear plan to deal with social care which he too kept to himself but began charging plebs for.. Perhaps it is the trait of Conservative PMs that they have a clear plan to one day, if pushed, come up with a statement in public that they have got a clear plan.
