Used many brakes over the last 65 years. Pexto, Yankee, Tennsmith and those made by Malco. My dad had the 10' Pexto back in the 70s for his HVAC shop. Spent nearly 20years using a 5' older Pexto for duct fabrication at a HVAC dealer. That little brake for what it is out of the box is a good brake. It can be tuned to be better if needed. Nice change to a pan brake. Good video.

Great modification you’ve done to maximize performance while saving money on the original model. Thanks

Great modification!! I've thought about getting the same brake but needed to bend boxes. I also would like to see more of the build.

Would have loved you to show the build step by step. It came out awesome

Great update on that unit. Would be interested in seeing how you make the bend plates.

I just subscribed, mostly because you say (haven’t had time to check it out) you made another video about making the fingers. I was really wondering about that part of the build.
Thanks!

Great video. Question: Do you think this brake will bend 1/8” aluminum? 12” wide?

Looks great, in the market to purchase same sheet metal brake but, quick question is how you made each individual fingers for hold down, short follow up video would be great! Also liked and subscribed!

You handy with any autocad programs? Also, this video is 7 months old. How are the fingers holding up & what gauge have you been able to bend 24”+ of mild steel? I like your layout and wish there was an exploded diagram I could reference

Great Idea you made a box brake from a bending brake. I'm also interested in the build video.

I'm looking to do something similar! How thick are the "fingers"? 3/8? Great job!!!

You make a whole new brake with replacement parts. The thing I like most about it is the fact that you painted it completely differently so as not to confuse this with being a harbor freight tool because it's not any longer. I think the handles could have been a little longer but what you did was build a whole new brake. I want one of YOURS not so much the original. Could you make a kit? I'd buy the mod kit if I had room in my garage! :)

Yaqui, awesome enhancements! Yes, you gotta show details/dimensions/order of operations. I want to duplicate your work. I'm ready to leave for HFT right now! Great content, great work quality, keep it coming. I just subscribed.

Do you have a link to where you purchased the finger set? Good job on the build. If you have a printed guide or a video w/ build info id be interested in seeing it! Thanks

What you did is nice how you did it would have been Great, like how did you build the adjusters and the modifications you made to get to the final product. I certainly could have watched a three part build video set because you really made it into a useful tool.

Nice but it's unfortunate they didn't make one 50" for making lower door repair panels.
