Hi bro, I got a red light ticket yesterday by mail and it says "...signal has displayed red for 0.2 seconds and the vehicle proceeded through the intersection when the light had been red for 1.9 seconds".
My question is which option should I go for? Early meeting with prosecuter to lower the fine or instead go for a trial as the time was just 0.2 seconds, not even half a second and my speed was 30kmph.
