Smiling really is underrated! Whenever I go jogging, it always makes me feel loads better whenever I pass by another jogger and they politely nod and smile. It instantly adds a bounce to my step. :)

I love that you mentioned to SMILE. I always smile at random people walking by and I remember in high school, girls would automatically assume I'm fake because I smile. I never understood the logic in that. Unfortunately people do assume a smile is being fake but because of girls like us, showing it's to 'radiate beauty, ' everyone's outlook will change one day!

i totally get what you're saying about the smiling xD
i totally remember when this guy who smiled at me as we walked towards each other on campus and it totally made me feel acknowledged, not to mention he was a cutie :D
but i try to smile at people i walk past when i'm walking around, it's just a friendly habit i'm trying to regain again. i remember just having NO problem smiling at anyone when i was younger
