I started the video then instantly stopped it to make this comment...a duo? Oh boy, this is going to go deep into our hearts.
Let me guess, Mr Danny LoPresto, he's going to knock this out of the park! I'm no one special in saying that this song has a very special meaning to me, from when it first came out. I bet you're going to make me cry Mr Lopresto...along with your partner Ms. Fortunata Rillota.
Of course, I never exclude a single member of this band.
No one in this group is out for show. Every member in this group is absolutely the top in professionalism, and every note they play is needed.
Now let me get on to this and try not to cry... Seriously.

It's almost impossible to cover anything that Steve Perry sang. His voice was so unique and magical. However, Danny and Fortunata performed this really beautifully as a duet. Great arrangement from this super band. I love that piano intro, Darren.

Absolutely beautiful. IMO, HSCC upped the original by making this into a duet and adding their own style to it. Heartfelt, warm and perfect. Steve Perry and Journey should be proud that their timeless ballad was handled so perfectly. HSCC, you are amazing.

When performing a cover, either match it perfectly or make it your own. I have never heard this sang as a duet and it was phenomenal. I could envision a church choir at the end building the climax of the song. Great job on the arrangement and performance.

My first time listening to Fortunata and I thought this was a very touching cover done with Daniel. The harmonies were beautiful. Daniel is one of my favorites now too -- the more I listen, the more I just love his voice and personality. Great job HSCC!
