I've always admired someone who can carry the song all alone. Yeah she has loopers and things but it's still all her. Getting up on stage, and pouring your heart and soul out through your guitar is a dying art and she seems to be keeping it alive.

Wow, so many immature people in the comments section. Music is art, its deemed beauty by the one perceiving it. Not everyone will resonate the same "feel", same goes for how not many people can "feel" a painting at a museum. Its perspective. Yeah this wasn't a "hardcore" solo. It was purely momentum, the crescendo, and the journey taking you, herself and her audience to said point. Criticism at its best is beneficial. That being said, she's not Slash, Satriani, EVH etc.. She's making a name for herself. And while Metalheads won't resonate with this tone/style, who's to judge the lack of passion/emotion put into it. So for those who cant appreciate different art styles, its a little sign for you to open up the palette. We can't live life being close minded, we need to hear different angles and different views, in order to gain full perspective and grow as a person mentally and emotionally in order to experience all kinds of beauty and art.
