I feel like there's a LOT to be said about consistency. I plan to write every other day. I am semi retired and have quite a bit of time to write about nutrition.... I'm new to substack amd your videos are so helpful! I'm still having a hard time knowing how to organize my content. Like I can write a whole blog/newsletter, but what else becomes a podcast, or a note, or even a video, and what is paid and what is free. Love that substack offers so many options for creators, but right now it's looking a little overwhelming on the organization area.
