JJ was actually more patient with the defendant than she needed to be. He had no legal authority to rent out the building. The contract is null and void. JJ giving him a little extra time to embarrass himself on TV. He should be referred to the police and authorities. Good chance he's done this before and failed to pay taxes on the income derived.
