High-energy radiation emitted from an old red dwarf star, named Barnard, makes life in the habitable zone of the system challenging. The Chandra X-ray observatory and Hubble Space Telescope were used to study the star.

Never realize how well you have it untill it's gone to ruin or changes before your eyes. Don't trash this planet it is the only one like it to sustain life as we know it. Wasnt the sun a mellow star due to the fact it rotates very slow compared to other stars so maybe they should find slow rotating red dwarfs to find lifesupporting rocky planets

This study is hardly conclusive. Red dwarf stars can burn for up to 10 TRILLION years. At 10 billion years, Barnard's star is just a little new born baby. Honestly, either this video is glossing over the study's findings, which is entirely possible, or the study is just bad.
