Contigo people I love autospout I'm on my fifth one until the O-ring pops out its nearly impossible to get it back in its taking my 20+ minutes to get one in I've thrown away a bottle because I couldn't get one back in can you upload the best way to get one in.

I love my autospout water bottle, but eventually something in the spout fails and I only suck air. I have tried to reset the straw and retighten the lid, also loosen the lid. nothing works! It would be nice to be able to buy a replacement lid when this happens!
