READ THIS: This entire tutorial DOESN'T WORK... All you have to do to fix this is close Valorant and riot in task manager. Following this tutorial will make the issue MUCH WORSE.

I created a ticket with Riot for this issue (November 15, 2022), in my case it was the Afterburner that caused the issue, disabling it fixes it. Hope it helps someone, good luck!

literally nothing works... looked at like every other tutorial and nothing is working. The steps are so easy to follow but literally nothing works.

For anyone still struggling to fix the game like me, here's how i was able to fix it:

Perform a TCP/IP reset, DNS flush and port forward.

Open Start Menu

Type cmd and run it with administrator permissions

Type the following commands (press enter after each one):

- netsh int ip reset

- ipconfig /release (this command removes the current IP configuration)

- ipconfig /renew (this command requests your DHCP client to reset an IP address)

- ipconfig /flushdns (use this Netsh command to clear corrupted or incorrect DNS cache)

- netsh winsock reset (this command line resets Winsock settings and recovers your computer from any socket errors. Winsock contains your computer Internet connectivity configuration)

Note: These steps will only take effect after restarting the PC.

(I tried uninstalling, reinstalling multiple times on different disk drives, doing the vgc stuffs, giving the game admin permission, deleting my rivaturner & msi afterburner, updating my graphics drivers. None of this helped until I did the step above, I hope it helps you too)
