I agree with everything said here except for the piece about its high levels of K+ (potassium). It's high in K+ when it's mixed with other juices to mask the taste/smell, similarly to what you said about the added sugar. There's a farmer in Hawaii that makes into a fruit leather, mixed with nothing else. According to his nutrition label, it has virtually no K+. I love it. It allows for people that don't live in areas where it's harvested to enjoy the full benefits of the fruit.
