A word of caution: although I've successfully used other plumping lip products, the City Lips gloss seriously irritated my lips - to the extent that eating spicy food became painful.

Thank you so much, this was such a terrific detailed video! I have heard to use either concealer or foundation, but not the powder. I also really loved the tip of using the lip gloss to go around the lip at the end, that makes such a huge difference! Could you recommend a drug store brand balm to use that you put on first?
