If i didnt remember wrong, dust sans is self wanted to kill all the monsters.😅

Because dust had been killed and killed repeated very much times. So he is tired and thinking to win over human/ player.

The plan of he doing is to kill every monster to get their exp to increase his LV before human can get anythings.

He is not being control to kill other monster like killer? He decided to do it.

After he killed Papyrus, he is very much regret for his action. Knowing his action is unforgivable even Papyrus at the end still saying he will forgive his brother😢

And Dust keep telling him self those action he did is for fighting human and this is the only way to win.

Turning those regret feeling to hate player as a excuses for himself while he make him self a imagination of dust papyrus(flying skull) to agree his action.
