Oven baked Bonito with lemon pepper

Oven cooking is simple, quick and clean. For a Bonito of about 1kg in weight, these are the approximate ingredients:

1) 2 tsp of lemon pepper
2) a pinch of black pepper
3) 1.5 tsp of salt
4) 1.5 thumb size of garlic
5) 15g of butter
6) Of course... a Bonito!
