This webinar took place on Thursday 10th March 2023.
Hosted by Landor LINKS in partnership with Project Centre
More and more funding is being made available for air quality projects, and more and more transport projects are being justified and evaluated on their pollution reduction and impacts on health.
The recent funding announcement from DEFRA has set out a range of projects across the country including monitoring, education, electrification and cargo bikes. This is on top of the plethora of school streets, low traffic neighbourhoods and active travel projects that all reduce pollution.
Hear from those involved in air quality projects including technology and consultancy services that can support your local transport and environmental projects.
We have invited a range of subject matter experts to present case studies and answer any questions you may have on new ways to monitor pollution, how to engage with schools and other communities, cargo bikes and aligning projects with statutory reporting and new legislation.
Speakers
Nick Ruxton-Boyle, Director of Environment – Air quality monitoring
Harley Parfitt, Air Quality Consultant – Greenavon
Faith Coles, Associate Engagement Consultant – Engagement
Sarah Hearn, Senior Transport Planner - Cargo Bikes
