Having just traveled to Vancouver a few weeks ago, riding the North Shore for the first time, and now experiencing it for what it truly is in person, gives me a whole new respect for the speeds you two are traveling at on these trails. So dang steep and gnarly.

That pace, though! Just did this identical lap this morning (minus Empress) and was feeling good that we banged it out in less than half an hour. Admittedly, that included a few minutes of bailing my son out of the creek on Boogieman after falling off the 4:00 skinny!
