An urgent investigation is underway in Hawaii after an apparently homemade bomb detonated, damaging a passing car, and other improvised explosive devices were found, police and the FBI said.

What scares me is that these are just tests. Whoever made them is testing them to see how effective. Only a matter of time before somebody gets hurt or the suspect or group enact whatever they have planned for these improvised devices. Stay safe everyone.
