Today I show you how to fix an annoying error in adobe premiere pro.
I got this error while using footage from OBS but if you recorded using something else, this may solve your issue too.

When I change the extension and put it in premier it only takes the audio and no video. Any suggestions?

For me it wont even show the video like premiere doesnt even detect that such file exists.
