Train To Hunt September Challenge

Hunters need to be able to move in all directions and perform a variety of movements with them on. They must be able to shoot while wearing the pack, and this months challenge is going to be a great test.
You will be wearing a pack from start to finish. Pack weight is the total weight of the pack, not just the weight put in the pack.
Men under 50 will use a 30lb pack
Men over 49 will use a 20lb pack
Women under 50 will use a 20lb pack
Women over 49 will use a 10lb pack
KIds under 18 will use 10lb pack
The How and What.
Set up a camera (your phone works great). Make sure that the camera has you, the ground, the box and the target in the frame.
Start a timer and a camera
Perform 40 step ups on a 20" box.
Shoot one arrow at 20 yards at a target with a 6.5" bullseye.
Next is 30 lunges. Make sure that your knee touches the ground each rep. Shoot 1 arrow
Next is 20 burpees. Make sure that your chest touches the ground, and you return to an upright position.
Shoot 1 arrow
Finally, 10 get-ups. Make sure that you get to a flat back position at the bottom, and return to an upright position at the top.
Shoot 1 arrow
Grab the camera and take it down and show the arrows in the target.
Our team will go through all of the videos and announce the winners at the on October 1st.
The winners of each division will win a free Train To Hunt shirt, hat and bag.
