A spherical bowl is made of a single piece of metal — a special grade of steel, S235JR. The body is treated with a hardening coating: 3 layers of organosilicon spraying. Therefore, even with the most intensive use, the equipment will not lose its original characteristics.

Work disk material is carbon steel. Four-layer organic polymer coating provides non-stick properties. Foods can be moved and turned; they will not stick to a hot surface.

From the moment the wood is fired it takes only 40 minutes to get the required temperature. Moreover, heating in different areas is dissimilar. Closer to the fire, at the inside contour of the work plane, the disc heats up to its maximum — +300°C. The temperature is lower at the outside edges. This allows you to control the degree of heating the products. By moving fish fillets, steaks or vegetables over the hot disc, you will achieve a perfect result.

The disc has a technological gradient towards the center. Therefore, even during the most active culinary experiments, the work area will not accumulate grease. All wastes are thrown down into the fire with a special scraper. In everyday use, it’s very easy to keep the brazier clean. It can be washed with a usual cleaner. Before you start cooking, the disc is covered with oil.

The frying area, which is almost half a meter wide, is enough for preparing various dishes for up to 20 people. But the functionality of the device can be expanded.
