ADHDads Walk Like This (many, not all)

Many (but not all) ADHDers walk like this because: ADHDers have more gray matter in the cerebellum, greater postural sway, comorbidities like dyspraxia, and sometimes we just have more clutter to trip over.

As a non-dad and a person without ADHD, this is exactly how I walk .

I move around like that at work, in my opinion, it is a form of "fluid motion". You are usually comfortable and aware of most of your surroundings like at home or at work, in which you have your planned path and movement pattern, and are executed like your body and mind are two separate entities, but usually act as one, until something or someone comes out of left field.

Lmao he's like the most fluid playable character in a video game. He's also how I walk when I'm in a rush.

I don't understand how I can be so spatially aware when I walk, but can't go up a flight stairs without tripping.
