I have an M4 Pro S, I would like to know how to remove the speed lock. the scooter is new, but this speed lock is killing the product. it helps me. thank you

After the rain fell on it it started displaying error E5, so I started by removing the front motor controller and the scooter started to work when I put it back on it displays error 5, so I changed the front controller and despite this when I plug in the six-pin connector (which only uses 3 in the second controller) the dashboard starts displaying error 5, so now I'm torn between whether the problem is in the dashboard or the motor?
An interesting fact is that when I put the negative of the multimeter on the battery and the positive on one of the 3 pins coming out of the motor (disconnect from the controller) it gives 48 volts, is this normal?
