QMS Tip - standardize and track your supplier evaluation process

This week's QMS tip is to standardize and track your supplier evaluation process. You probably have an approved supplier list (ASL) and it is probably in an Excel spreadsheet. Consider using that ASL to document your supplier evaluations and track supplier performance. Why create and maintain a separate form for supplier evaluations when you can use your ASL for both purposes.
