I would be scared driving a venue at those speeds, did 175kph last month and it almost lost control over an expansion joint, definitely needs better suspension. Note: I'm saying this because I drive a Linea, Vento and a Duster, all these cars are known toh have great handling characteristics, so it in no way means Venue is bad, just that, i m used to better suspension setup, if someone if planning yo get a Venue, i would definitely recommend over a Nexon(got a nexon in feb which felt inferior ).

My Venue N line touched 182 easily with 4 ppl seated n in a very short time. I think i can try for 190-195 kmph, 200 is doubtful but can try :)

I did 150 with my 2003 santro xing with 2 people seated on a very smooth highway that too with half acceleration. It has 1.1 epsilon engine (predecessor of kappa engine) BTW.

1.5 Diesel Manual venue pre facelift version I Touched 180 today. I think extra 18 hp makes 180 reaches faster. But top speed is same for both turbo petrol and diesel. Maybe due to aerodynamic. End of the day safety matters.🙂
