Tbh i'd add chicken at the same time i'd add pasta. I could even sear it on incredibly hot pan for few seconds to get the mailard reaction going, but they way you showed it chicken might turn out overcooked and dry (but since it is mostly simmered in own sauce and not fried/baked it might not be that much of a bother). Otherwise gr8 one pan recipe, i do love those! :) And keep up the good work please! :)

I'm amazed every time he puts a whole cube of bouillon right into the pot, without diluting or, at least, crumbling the thing to the smallest possible size. There is always a random undissolved chunk in my food 😞

Are these measurements for dried or fresh herbs? The basil's pretty obviously fresh.

The thyme's kinda hard to tell

Very impressive recipe Akis! I was wondering whether we can use a low fat, low cream milk and an egg yolk mixture, made sweet in stead of all the cream and cheese. I thought I'd ask you because of all your experience. Also, I don't really understand why you use alcohol in cooking, doesn't it get completely reduced?

I forgot to add thyme at the beginning, but I added it after I added the cream, hopefully next time I cook this, and I will do soon, I won't forget to add the thyme before the chicken.

In fewer words, delicious, easy and quick to cook!

For some reason the black gloves are really annoying me, and I can't tell why. It might be because they look like cleaning gloves.

But I feel really silly complaining about that.
