A Century Lakehouse Transformed Into A Charming And Comfortable Retreat

Lynda and her team at LRDS helped a client renovate a family cottage on Lake Simcoe. It took two years to lovingly restore the century farmhouse where sheep once grazed the fields. Inspired by classic New England style, our April cover house is both romantic and practical for an extended family of 12 kids and grandkids.

Very interesting home. It's a mix of old vacation home charm with high-end elegance. Some rooms clearly have that old river house feel, but others have a renovated look mixed in with the old. It looks unique. It's a very nice house.
