Plants vs. Zombies 2: Old vs New Version

Compares the old style map type of navigation and the new version where you just scroll from left to right. Which is better? This is for the game Plants vs. Zombies 2: It's about time. The new patch happened on Dec, 2013, so the current game looks like that. The old patch was the one that happened before that time (the patches in Aug, 2013 didn't change the navigation).

I feel like EA did it out of laziness, because the design was way cooler, they changed it because it was going to be a lot of work

I remember v. 1.2.3 from July 2013. I still have that version archived on a CD somewhere. Somehow I knew they'd screw it up... even all those years ago now. I agree: that version was far superior and more fun. Now... it's just a bunch of spam, adware and over-inflated code. There's too many levels and the architecture is totally corrupted now. Add to that a list of other annoying things like the monsters being too hard to beat now... and having to "level up" one's plants now. Ridiculous.
