7:21 What's best to say is "as someone who previously identified as bisexual", this way it's accurate and it doesn't make it sound like bisexuality is a phase. I'm a lesbian but yeah I just imagine that if a bi woman said "as an ex lesbian" it would feel rightfully wrong simply because in both cases the person was never the first sexual orientation talked about. "Bi" is a label you used to put on yourself that wasn't accurate, not then just like not now, so the notion of "previously identifying as" is just the perfect way to talk about it.
Edit : just like you said after, "as someone who used to think i was bisexual" is correct as well !

I remember an old PE teacher of mine claiming how it's "impossible to get a panic attack when running". Hey if you guys relate to the period/heart attack one definitely bring that up with your doctor! Really severe period pain isn't "just how periods are" it can be a sign of things such as endometriosis (which can mess up your other abdominal organs & for people who want kids it can seriously impact your fertility)
