Great episode! 👍 A paint roller is quicker than a paint brush for applying paint. A quicker way to apply paint would be spray paint, but it might not be possible to use spray paint outdoors in Boca Chica because of the high winds.

9:30 having been a painter in the past I can guarantee you that rolling something that large is alot faster than using a brush. They should be spraying that monster unless they have something nearby they don't want to get misted or the wind may be to high to spray. Either way I'd only use a brush to cut in the edges that a roll can't get to..

First test done, but 10 (or even more) tests missing. Progress is happening.
My guess is that S20 will do 1 more cryo test and then one final static fire. B4 will do 2 cryo tests and 2 or 3 static fires. And the Orbital Tank farm will also need to be tested, so about 7 tests more.

Gotta say, that clip at 12:51 is my all-time favorite Raptor engine firing footage. The way all the dust and fog gets sucked along the thrust stream that quickly fades to invisibility all around it really shows the sheer power of that engine without being obscured by smoke or water vapor.

Felix, thank you for your great content. I just wish to share clarification on the term “quick disconnect” in American mechanical engineering. It is still appropriate to call the Starship fueling connection a “quick disconnect”. This describes that the connection can quickly be done or undone without complex tooling, and is self sealing when disconnected. It also by definition is not a bolted flange, welded flange, or a threaded connection. It has nothing to do with how close to launch time the disconnect happens, but I can see where you assume that given the oddities of the english language. Thanks again for your great videos. You rock!!

The fueling device on the launch pad is a Z frame that can articulate into position against the booster fueling ports. Why not have the same on the QDA? No part is better than one part - the same part in 2 places is next best, or what?
