Good stuff. Very helpful. That said, I think people would definitely like to see some more specific, practical examples of how to trade with it. Strategies, etc.

I'd also appreciate a clear explanation of costs, add-ons, etc. For instance, you need a Bookmap subscription, but then do you also need a Rithmic sub? Add-on fees?
