Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss were originally going to have a crossover episode?

Did you notice this in Helluva Boss?

During season 2 episode 2 seeing stars we see blitz has a calendar on his wall. A picture of verosika is at the top with a sticky note of blitz covering her face.

The calender itself has a bunch of fun references, with one important day being the full moon day where stolas and blitz meet as part of their agreement.

What’s interesting is that during an early version of this episode, that day was something else.

Originally it said, “visit that lame hotel”. This is obviously referring to the hazbin hotel. It’s not currently known why the date was changed, but perhaps it was for copyright reasons.

Regardless i do hope we see the imp crew meet the hazbin hotel cast in a future episode. It’s pretty unlikely, but i think it would be good fan service and would also consolidate the lore a bit more between the two shows. What do you think? Let me know down below.

I feel like a fan episode that isn't canon would be pretty nice to see. It can be covered logically and would've made a great April fools episode as well.

It's funny that Blitz covered Verosika's face with a sticky note. Also there are so many drawings on that calendar and it would be funny that Blitz called the Hazbin Hotel lame even though Charlie will not be happy about it.😂😅

I think it would be funny if like angel was leaving the studio all bruised and tired and Blitzø who was loitering outside sees him and says something like “you look like shit”, and angel just replies with a “yeah, go figure” while rolling his eyes. Just as a funny throwaway scene
