Probably just use a set of Meater Probes to avoid the awkwardness of the included probe

Very nice review!
Would you consider making a video making beef jerky in this smoker.
I think 170 would be a low enough temp to make jerky.
Being able to make smoked jerky indoors would make this a dream machine for me.

Great video . I have a portable out door electric smoker . So u saying it's not smell of wood in house? Just good cooking? Looks nice .

I wish just one review, one, would actually say how long it actually took. I have an outdoor smoker, I am about to use this for the first time, I already assume it is garbage at smoking, but I want to know how much time I am wasting on the lacroix of smokers.
