Evans Hybrid Snare Drum Head Tuning Demo

Here's a quick video demonstrating the Evans Hybrid snare head in different tunings. I haven't seen a video straight forward and to the point before I bought the head, so I made this for those, like me, wondering how the head sounds in low, medium, and high tunings in a simple, to the point video.

The snare in the video is a Pearl 14x6.5 Phosphor Bronze Free Floater with an Evans Hazy 300 snare resonant head, Puresound Custom Pro 24 strand wires. Snare resonant head is tuned very tight. Sticks used are Vater 5b. Recorded with a Samson C01U raw with no effects.

Great sound....can brushes be used on this head without catching on the weaving?

Do you have a drum dial number for low medium and high sounds ? Just got into drumming and I have Evans 360 dry on mine and it's just way too loud to play here in the house, it's a very sharp high pitched crack . I'm looking for a thud type that you have going here.
