Love how he ended with “if you can’t afford it stop watching social media and get to work”. Truth

Man knows his stuff. I work at a bank and have a green PRX. Even the richest customers constantly compliment my watch and most of them know the name.

Seiko and citizen also made some very reasonable and affordable watches.

Speaking facts, no need to stress or blow your budget, it’s just a watch.

I own a Rolex, a Cartier and a gold Tissot PRX Powermatic and the Tissot is my favorite. I get compliments on it more often.

I used to watch your fitness stuff waaaay back in the day. It’s dope that you’re super into watches and actually seem super knowledgeable about them. Start a watch channel haha

You can’t really jump from Tissot to Omega, more like Tissot to Hamilton to Tag Heuer to Breitling to Tudor to Omega

The biggest mistake you will ever make in life is spending more than $1k on a watch in your 20s and 30s before you've invested your first $100k. I made that mistake buying a Rolex and Speedmaster in my 20s back when those watches were way cheaper than today. Had I invested that money the way I was already investing in technology and banking stocks today my investment portfolio would literally by higher by several million dollars. And you don't even want to know what buying an expensive car cost me. I would have retired by age 35. The most valuable thing you will ever own in life is the first 20 years of compounding investments. The sooner you start that with a few grand and throw evey possible dollar you can save into that the sooner you'll finish that first 20 year compounding period. Once that's done you can start enjoying passive income that will be like owning your own business that pays you a salary while you sleep. Otherwise you'll be hood rich with only watches, cars and sneaker collections.

Morale of the story: Don’t waste money on things you can’t afford. A 50$ Casio will tell you the same time as a 5, 000$ Omega. Spend your money on precious metals instead of depreciating assets.

Dude jumped from a 300 watch to a 3000 watch lmao, so for those looking for the in between . Seiko prospex, Hamilton khaki, orient, tag hexer, zenith.

I think a good cheap watch is the oyster perpetual. It's cheap enough that you can wear it everyday and bang it up and wouldn't be a big deal if it gets lost. The speedmaster is definitely a good looking beater too. Tudor black bay is nice too and it's pretty cheap.

Last year I bought the prx after working hard for long. It’s a reminder for me to keep grinding and improving and I bought it with my dad so it’s connected with a memory because it’s my first watch
