Classic Guy Clark. Do you know that in Chicago Illinois if you ask for a whiskey and water (I realise contrary to these lyrics) they give you whiskey in a glass with a splash of water with ice. I'm from Ireland, if they did that there (in Ireland) they'd call the police!
