In this video, Nicole Herskowitz, GM of Microsoft Teams, talks to Greg Baribault, the creator of the front row, a new meeting layout that places the video gallery at the bottom of the screen so in-room participants can see remote colleagues face-to-face across a horizontal plane—as if they are in the same room.

It seems like a "virtual" room would solve a huge pinch point for me. We get organization wide events, and are struggling to add these items to channel calendars for individual team's and sub groups.
But if that team channel has a dedicated virtual room, that room can be invited to the meeting external meeting.

Some could be hybrid rooms like you're showing, but others could be completely virtual.

Does this make sense as a use case for rooms?

What kind of LCD panel is that? It looks ultra-wide.

Why does their vocal audio sound like it has a doubling effect on it?? What's going on with that? It's very uncomfortable to listen too (especially with headphones). It's pretty bad when the video content is about the audio quality of your product but the video sounds like robots... but the background music is fine?? Odd, indeed.
