The SSUPD Meshroom D was so close to being an amazing ITX case.

I kinda dig it. Love how cool the meshlicious was because of it being surrounded by mesh panels. And i also love a traditional PC layout and not having to use a riser cable.

Revenant from Small Form Factor Network here: Great review. I like that you don't mask the challenges of SFF. A lot of people don't realize that it's not just plug and play with these cases, and that you have research the components that you have to put in them. For something like this, you would probably need to find a right angle adapter or a GPU with a recessed power plug.

Hello, thanks for sharing. I've been using.this case.for a few months now. Even installed a dual 240mm rad custom loop. The build quality is only acceptable. Now Im convinced that they had budet oriented builds in mind. Because you dont need any intake or exhaust fans to keep it cool, because of so much natural airflow. 😊

At least they didn’t totally rip off and refuse to pay their Meshlicious designer this time

Love your honest review. That's what matters for us viewers :)

@2:36 THANK YOU for mentioning that an ATX power supply being too long would actually hit the back (or top once installed) of the graphics card! I literally watched 5 other Meshroom D build guides & only 2 other ones mentioned not using an ATX power supply due to air flow restriction. No one else but you mentioned the bigger problem, the power supply cables pushing against the graphics card! You got a sub from me

Another good air cooler for this case is the Thermalright Silver Soul 135 at 135mm in height. Thank you for showing the build with an air cooler.

I was using a huge full tower, and then got a small tower like this. Man you save so much space on your desk with this setup. Rocking a 4070ti super with 12600k.

why cant anyone in their right mind just take this layout and flip the case 90 degree with io facing downwards and intake from front for gpu and bottom for cpu with a large 140mm exhaust at top with support for matx mobs and atx psus. this is the most win, win and practical space saving vertical case design in my opinion.

I think flipping the cpu cooler fan orientation so its pulling cool air in from the rear would give you better temps.

I think this is one of the best cases they've ever made. This is aimed at the average consumer that wants a ssf case. No water cooling with massive rads just good ole reliable air cooling and decent specs. All most people need is an i5/i7 and 4060/3070 (around there) and they can play 90% of games with a decent 240hz monitor. That is what 90% of people go for.

honestly, this case does caught my eye at the first just by seeing it on the picture of thumbnail... but, after finishing the video, it disappointed me a lot... I mean, just look at the design...they have the good start but.... ended up with this... why...just why...they almost done this right... overall, looks like a "from perfect to screw up" case for me... and also, the price... oh no no no~

The only thing this case has going for it is the front panel type C connector....over the NR200P. Maybe a bit better for placing radiators in different spots but if thats important get an NR200P MAX. They tried to do an NR200P and they succeeded...badly. Thanks for the review.

Hope you get the MATX expansion and I’d like to see how it compares to the ASUS MATX case

If you would READ THE MANUAL, the GPU would fit... I clearly shows you how to temporarly remove the corner post. ALSO, it shows which standoff to use so the motherboard will not flex. The "D" is for duh...

The product was found over on their website over a year ago, so I can't for sure say that it was rushed. Considering it's missing the spine that is found on the meshlicious and meshroom veritical cases I can see it feeling less premium than those cases and it should be cheaper considering a riser card is not required. Still with its flaws I might check it out.
