Pro tip...when bring maks up. I like to hold them 20' below the surface for like 3-5 sec. The makinaw will self purge the air out. U will see bubbles rising when they do it. Easy peasy. Also the fish can now swim back down if released.

I can say this about these fish, they Don’t fight well. The least fighting trout there is. Also I’ve eaten Mack’s in both Donner and Stampede, Not good.
