I highly recommend using the mini SD cards in a USB adapter. You get the speed and reliability of the SD and the cheap price and ease of use that USB offers. They boot really fast and last forever.

I migrated the files i got from this method to my SSD and teamred and miniz wouldn't mine.... I recommend using Etcher for flashing purposes.... Love the vids brandon keep up the good work!

If you get a usb-to-sata adapter or usb-to-m.2 you can use the same process for SSD/NVME

For boot usb devices I always use USB 2.0 devices, they run a bit slower but a lot cooler. Running cooler means they last a lot longer. I’ve had some SanDisk Cruzer fiit types for years. The new SanDisk Ultra Fit devices work well too

Thanks for the Vid. Some say dont use a USB drive, Ive Had a M.2 completely fail on me i'll just use a Usb for now
