Wow! This is amazing. I can’t believe that this is how Hayao Miyazaki’s career in animation started and I’m really amazed on this. I really love this short film, Yuki’s Sun. I hope to become a successful animator like him.

5 min, and yet feel like an episode of anime

Wow, this feels like it was a whole damn movie that was obliterated down to 5 minutes. Like... It was great up until Yuki went to that new orphanage and then it took Grand Canyon sized leaps in the story.

Animation was cute though. Everyone was very expressive and I love the quirk of her hitting people. Lol
