AIM-7E-2s are an AIM-7E variant modified for use at closer ranges following feedback from pilots' experience in Vietnam. Shorter range but higher acceleration and maneuverability made it more effective in head-on engagements.

The fact this gets AIM-7E2s and the normal american one isnt is saddening. The AIM-7E2 just currently just copies of regular AIM-7Es and have yet to be modeled. They should be somewhat more maneuverable at the cost of range.

2:27 The skyflashes didn't get nerfed, the stat card on the first dev server was wrong. The Skyflashes have the same maneuverability performance as a regular AIM-7E, their big improvement was their monopulse seeker which was more accurate and harder to jam.

We need a real cockpit or cockpit of F4E AUP for the american F4E. The cockpit of EJ Kai is so fantastic

I am Japanese. EJ Kai can use short-range missiles made in Japan and a simplified version of JDAM, which are stronger than sidewinders. I look forward to future improvements.

The skyflashes and rb71 did not get nerfed they are just placeholder right now they just show the aim7e stat card

Not really related to the video, but does anyone know if the stuka's sirens have had a sound change? They went from awful sounding, to really good and back to awful again in typical gaijin fashion.

damn tho I wish there's a "premium" version of the F4EJ phantom since I'm planning to grind the Japanese tech tree. we do have F86 JASDF premium, but it's a bit "underpowered" premium unfortunately :(

aim-7e2 combined with pulse doppler is gonna be good, not great as skyflash but decent I think
