The crisis Venezuela went through in the past years is more visible than I've seen before while traveling through the country. Isla de Margarita is not what is has been.

The old man portrays the reality of a Venezuela that not all youtubers show. Isla de Margarita is a beautiful place, no doubt, but there live people in situation of abndonment. Unassisted by the government, you can see there poverty and lack of touristic development in some parts of the island. Great video's. I am going to Venezuela from the border of Brazil next week and travelling up to Puerto La Cruz and to Isla Margarita.. great to see what it's like.Can I ask you, how to get USD? Is it easy at western union? Or what other ways do you recommend? Can I pay by card ? Or is this not recommended? Any advice would be much appreciated.thanks
